This is a 24 year old patient who was unhappy with her Breast Augmentation surgery she had done by another Plastic Surgeon in Miami. She sought out Dr. Yee for revision breast surgery. The patient desired more fullness and more cleavage. Dr. Yee used her original peri-areolar incision to perform her Implant Exchange. In addition, she revised the original scar to improve the appearance. She inserted 475cc Smooth Round High Profile Gel Breast Implants. The implants were placed beneath the muscle.
