This is a 16 year old female from Miami who was accompanied by her mother for a consultation for a Breast Reduction. She disliked how large her breasts were in proportion to her body. She disliked how large her areola were and how the breasts sagged. She also complained of back pain and the inability to comfortably exercise due to the size of her breasts. Dr. Yee performed a Breast Reduction using a Wise pattern incision (commonly know as anchor or "T" incision) to the patient's goal of a full B cup.
