This is a 35 year old patient who was complaining of her post mommy figure sought out plastic surgery in Miami. After one child she was unable to get back her figure. She was unhappy with the heaviness and the sagginess of her breasts. She also wanted to address the stretch marks, the extra pooch and loose skin over her stomach area. She underwent Breast Reduction surgery (from a full 38D to a full C cup) and a Tummy Tuck with Liposuction to her hips.
