This is a 18 year old who was seeking cosmetic surgery in Miami. She saw Dr. Baker to reduce her 34D breasts. Her chief complaints were that her breasts were too big for her anatomy, saggy and caused back pain. Dr. Baker performed her Breast Reduction with Liposuction only, thereby reducing the size significantly without scars or incisions. The patient’s final breast size was a full B cup, the goal she desired.
