This is a 43 year old patient who was interested in having plastic surgery done in Miami. She consulted with Dr. Baker regarding her empty 36B breast size and asymmetry. The patient wanted to achieve a fuller breast size. She had Smooth Round Moderate Profile Saline Implants inserted, 425cc in her right breast and 350cc in her left breast. Dr. Baker performed her Breast Augmentation through an endoscopic incision in her underarm, placing the implants beneath the muscle.
